In order to comply with as many state and federal regulations as possible, the Ferla Cargo Bikes are set at a maximum speed of 20 MPH.

You are able to easily transport the Ferla Cargo bike in a truck or trailer. We are currently working on a custom Ferla Cargo Rack for the safest mean of transporting the bike. In the meantime, here are a few tips on transporting your cargo bike: Some of our customers have purchased a dual motorcycle trailer and it worked out great!
* Do not transport an electric cargo bike on a vehicle with accessories installed. All accessories should be removed and carried inside the vehicle.

The Ferla Cargo bike is made up of bamboo composite and a strategically crafted lightweight aluminum frame to ensure smooth and strain free ride.

Ferla Cargo Bikes can be serviced at any reputable bike shop in your area. We use well-known, high quality components from tier 1 suppliers. So all parts used in your bike are standard components and should be available at most bike shops. The Ferla Cargo has a rear-drive motor with aerated power of 500W, a reduction ratio of 1: 5 and a maximum torque of 48 NM, providing ideal range for the Cargo Bikes. Durable and efficient, this motor greatly enhances riding comfort.

Depending on the model, the typical range is 20-60 miles on a single charge. Please refer to the Product Page to find the exact mileage per model.

If you frequently ride using full power (lots of hills, large heavy loads), you can expect to be on the lower end of the range of your model. Generally speaking, it depends on how much power you use from the motor.

If you want to go on extra long rides, we recommend purchasing a second/spare battery so you can swap it out for the ride home!

For our Royce and Mid-Drive models, the input is 100-240V, 50-60Hz. Therefore, our charger can handle 220V. An adapter is still required to connect your cargo bike to your respective outlet type in your country.

Bikes being shipped in the continental United States have a shipping fee of $199.

If you live in a limited access area (an island that requires a ferry, for example) there may be an additional shipping charge allocated with your order.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 4-10 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping times will vary depending on distance from shipping origin.

We pride ourselves in making sure each family that purchases our Cargo Bike is properly taken care of. Any damaged components that are covered under warranty will be replaced completely free of charge. We will be happy to assist you in replacing any defective part.

Items that are classified as consumables (parts designed to wear out over time) are not covered under warranty. Parts such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, batteries, spokes, etc. are classified as consumables. We do carry all of these parts in-house, so you are able to purchase them directly from us if anything happens!

We recommend you to let us do it for you, take it to a bike shop or work with a local mechanic to assemble it. Assembling a Cargo Bike is more complex than a two-wheeled bike and takes more time and skill to do correctly. We do not recommend assembling the bike yourself unless you are a trained mechanic.

With the assembly package, we deal with the headache so you can get back to what you love, your family! With this option, the bike comes to you fully assembled– all you need to do is unpack. This service costs an additional $300.

Yes, you can! Our cargo bikes come with a standard bike seat that can be easily changed to your trustee bike seat or an upgraded purchase.
